Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 When scheduling for more than one person, you will be expected to pay in advance.  Your appointment will not be guaranteed until your invoice is paid in full.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your payment will be treated as an advance security deposit and it is non-refundable.  In the case of group tans of 5 or more, 50% of your advance payment will act as a non-refundable security deposit.  If you decide to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $10.00 rescheduling fee will be added to the cost of your services for individuals, or $5.00 per person where group rates apply.  Inclement weather is no exception to this policy except where appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled at out our discretion at no fault to the client.


WHY IS THIS NECESSARY?

We are a mobile, in-home luxury spa service and our days are carefully scheduled based upon location.  When you cancel or reschedule without reasonable notice, it leaves gaps in our schedule and that costs us time and money - it interferes with other appointments and our ability to fill that empty space with another client or two.  We are a beauty business just the same as any other service provider and your appointment requires advance planning. We ask that you please respect our time as much as we do yours.  More than two cancellations without proper notice by the same client will not be tolerated.  Thank you for understanding.
