Spray Tanning Services

When scheduling, you will be expected to pay in advance. Your advance payment acts as your security deposit and upon signing the Release Waiver and Agreement, you hereby agree to the terms set forth herein. Your appointment will not be guaranteed until your invoice is paid in full. For Individual, non-group related tanning services, if you cancel with less than 48 (business) hours notice, your payment will be treated as an advance security deposit and it is non-refundable. If you decide to reschedule an individual, non-group related appointment with less than 24 (business) hours notice, a $20.00 rescheduling fee will be added to the cost of your services.

IMPORTANT:  First time individual clients who cancel and request a refund of their deposit instead of a credit, are not eligible for a refund.  Additionally, limited time only sales and specials are non-refundable.

For group tans of 5 or more, your advance payment will act as a non-refundable security deposit.  Group cancellations at ANY TIME are non-refundable.  No exceptions.  If you decide to reschedule your group appointment, a $5.00 per person rescheduling fee will be added to the cost of your services.  Appointments may be cancelled and rescheduled at any time at our discretion at no fault to the client or agent (TanTara). You will not be penalized in these cases, and where inclement weather schedule adjustments apply, you will receive a credit for future services.  Refunds will not apply during inclement weather.

WHY IS THIS NECESSARY?

TanTara is a mobile, in-home luxury spa service and as such, days are carefully scheduled based upon location. When you cancel or reschedule without reasonable notice, it leaves gaps in the schedule and that costs time and money - it interferes with other appointments and the ability to fill that empty space with another client or two. Where groups are concerned, a large amount of time is blocked off on the calendar that prevents others paying regular, non-discounted service fees from scheduling and thereby cost a considerable loss of revenue in the event of cancellations.
TanTara is a beauty business, just the same as any other service provider, and your appointment requires advance planning. We ask that you please respect our time as much as we do yours. More than one cancellation without proper notice by the same client will result in termination of the business relationship. Thank you for understanding.
